Olivia Rodrigo surprises Glasto fans with Lily Allen and one HUGE "Fuck You" to the US Supreme Court

So in big news over the weekend, the splendid and delightful Olivia Rodrigo surprised Glastonbury fans with the gracious and ever charming Lily Allen, to give one BIG, HUGE “Fuck You!" to the United States Supreme Court. Earlier in the week the court had voted to overturn the important, yet controversial, landmark Roe V. Wade decision, which in 1973 had established the constitutional protection of women seeking an abortion. This historical decision had ensured a woman’s right to be assisted by a medical professional to receive the procedure, and ultimately provided safety to women across the nation.

Taking the stage, the two performed a rendition of Allen's hit song Fuck You, a fitting song given the current situation, with Rodrigo addressing the audience about the current state of U.S. politics. She expressed her anger and sadness, stating that she was "heart broken" over the ruling, continuing by saying that she was “devastated and terrified that so many women and so many girls" would die as a result of the decision. She dedicated the song to the U.S. Supreme Court, highlighting their lack of giving "a shit" in regards to the matter, then listed the 5 members who voted to overturn the ruling, Samuel A. Alito Jr., Clarence Thomas, Neil M. Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett and, in my opinion, the biggest piece of shit, Brett Kavanaugh.

So with all that said, there's only one thing left to say...

Fuck You.
